A High Court has ruled in favor of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), directing the Electoral Commission (EC) to re-collate results from the December 7, 2024, general elections in the Tema Central constituency.
Justice Forson Agyapong, who presided over the case, instructed the EC to integrate the results from two remaining polling stations into the previously compiled figures.
Additionally, the Court mandated the Inspector General of Police to ensure adequate security measures are in place to facilitate the process.
