Ghanaian actor Kwadwo Nkansah, widely recognized as LilWin, has expressed profound respect for his spiritual leader, Prophet Stephen Adom-Kyei Duah, during a recent conversation with Zionfelix on January 16, 2025.
According to LilWin, Prophet Adom-Kyei Duah, the head of the Philadelphia Movement, represents a divine presence akin to Jesus Christ on earth. The actor also likened the prophet’s wife, Mama Millicent, to Mary, the mother of Jesus in the Bible.
“To me, after God, there’s no one greater than Adom-Kyei Duah. I’ve never seen Jesus in person, but every time I see him, I feel like I’m seeing Christ himself. His wife, too, is like Mary to us,” LilWin remarked. He highlighted the prophet’s widespread influence, saying, “Jesus once said people would one day honor him with his image everywhere. Now, you can see Adom’s pictures on the back of cars, not just among church members.”
LilWin went on to emphasize the prophet’s humility and generosity, despite his wealth. “He’s incredibly rich but remains down-to-earth. He always has the poor and widows in mind,” he noted.
The actor also recounted how Prophet Adom-Kyei Duah has played a pivotal role in his life. “I can’t imagine what would have happened if not for him. His teachings are powerful and inspiring. Even as someone in the spotlight, I might have thought fame was enough, but his works drew me to church regularly.”
LilWin praised the prophet’s remarkable acts of charity. “He doesn’t keep the church offerings; instead, he redistributes them to the less fortunate. Recently, he gave out eight billion old cedis to the congregation. Last year, he donated an astounding four hundred and seventeen billion to the poor. I challenge anyone to name another pastor in Ghana who has done that.”
