Vice Chairman of the Bawumia 2024 Campaign Team, Nana Akomea has announced his resignation as the Managing Director of the State Transport Corporation (STC).
Speaking in an interview on Peace FM, Nana Akomea stated that his tenure had ended, and he was no longer in office to continue his role.
“I am no longer at post; my tenure has ended. I encourage NDC members to lobby for the position. I have resigned as the Managing Director of the State Transport Corporation,” he said.
Mr. Nuamah Donkor was the former STC manager.
Mr. Nuamah Donkor served as Minister of Health in the Rawlings administration and later as the Ashanti Regional Minister until the National Democratic Congress (NDC) lost Election 2000.
Mr. Nuamah passed at age 63 on August 14, 2022.
